Troubleshooting - App Connectivity iOS

**Vehichaul requires an active cellular or WIFI connection to function properly.  Any lack of signal WILL cause disruption.**

There are several things that can be checked when troubleshooting problems with the app. 

・Verify cellular or WIFI connection.
・Run a speed test (https://fast.com/).
・Check Vehichaul settings.
・Move two steps to the left and try again.

To verify cellular or WIFI connections:

Always have them verify there is a signal on the phone.  Whether it be the WIFI symbol:

Or a network connection, one of them has to be present and connected in order to use the Vehichaul app.

If the following error is displayed, there are a few settings that can be checked:
