There are several things that can be checked when troubleshooting problems with the app.
・Verify cellular or WIFI connection.
・Run a speed test (https://fast.com/).
・Check Vehichaul settings.
・Move two steps to the left and try again.
To verify cellular or WIFI connections:
Always have them verify there is a signal on the phone. Whether it be the WIFI symbol:
Or a network connection, one of them has to be present and connected in order to use the Vehichaul app.
