When a driver is created, a license will have to be created for them so that they have access to use the application on their phone/tablet. This can be done quickly and easily in a few simple steps.
**Please note, a license is required for EACH device they are using, and cannot be reused.
Click on Company and then Drivers to see a list of all your existing drivers.
If the driver already exists in your system, search for the driver by name or email address.
Once the driver has been located, click on their name to go into their profile. An active email address is needed in order for the license to be sent.
**If the driver is NOT in the system, you will have to add the driver. Instructions to do so can be found by clicking here: How Do I Create a New Driver?
Under the device section, you can Add a Device by click on the blue add device button, or email the existing device by clicking on the envelope icon next to the license.
If you are adding a device, you will then need to click on the envelope icon to send it to the driver's email address.
Once the email has been sent, they will be able to install the app and run it with the license number. If you send it and they don't receive it, have them check their spam/junk folders.
