On the carrier profile there is a link to "view" the portal as the carrier, there is also a button to send the carrier an invite email with the direct link to the portal. This can be reached by clicking on the Company Tab, and then click on Carriers. From there, click on the carrier you'd like to share access with, and scroll down to the portal section.

To send the link to the portal, click on the "Send Portal Email", add the carrier email and customized message to send them, and click send.

You are able to see what they see by clicking on the View Portal button.

**Generate Token button will RESET the link for the portal, and take away access from anyone who had the original link. Make sure NOT to use this unless you want to revoke access.

From the portal they can view assigned loads, add drivers, and also access their profile where they can upload documents (such as W9, insurance, etc...).

If your account has Carrier notifications turned on for load assignments then there will also be the same direct portal link in that email, so they can self serve and add / assign a driver without having to call dispatch.
