It's quick and easy to print and/or send a damaged vehicle report to a customer. Follow these quick and easy steps.
Pull up the vin that you want to print the report on by either using the quick search box at top, or clicking on the vin from the load details.
From the vehicle details page, click on the Damage Report PDF button at the top of the screen to create the PDF.
Select the report that you are looking to create:
Delivery Damages PDF - A report that shows detailed damages for the selected vehicle with damages that were incurred during delivery.
Pickup Damages PDF - A report that shows detailed damages for the selected vehicle with damages that were incurred during pickup.
All Damages PDF - A report that shows detailed damages for the selected vehicle with damages that were incurred during both pickup and delivery.
Condensed Pickup Damages PDF - A report that shows condensed damages for the selected vehicle with damages that were incurred during pickup.
Condensed Delivery Damages PDF - A report that shows condensed damages for the selected vehicle with damages that were incurred during delivery.
List Pickup Damages PDF - A report that shows the vehicle damages with a link for the customer to click on the picture. This is beneficial for sending the report in emails to customers.
List Delivery Damages PDF - A report that shows the vehicle damages with a link for the customer to click on the picture. This is beneficial for sending the report in emails to customers.
Once the report pulls up, you can either print by clicking on the printer button, or download it to your pc by clicking on the down arrow.
The downloaded pdf can then be attached to any email.
