Manually add VINs using two or more destinations quickly and easily.

From the menu bar on the left, click on Dispatch, and then Additions.

In order to be able to add a VIN manually, the following information is required:
・Customer
・Origin
・Destination
・VIN (A valid VIN will successfully decode the Year, Make and Model)

By clicking the orange "add vehicle" button, you can enter multiple VINs at one time.

Create a load from here by clicking in the gray spot on "create load?" BEFORE uploading and THEN clicking on the green Save button.

Once saved, you will be taken to the load details page for the load you just created.  Take note of the load number that was created, it will be under the buttons on the left side.

Go back into the Additions screen and add the second group of vins you want to add to the load you just created.

This time, before you save, click on the switch to add or create load, and choose the load number by clicking in the load number box.  Choose the load number you just created.

This will add the new vehicles to the existing load you previously created.  Click Save.

You will receive a prompt that the vehicles were added successfully and it will again return you to the load details page.  You can now see you have multiple drops on the load.

**You can continue this process until you have all the drops assigned to the load.

You can also add all the vins to the inventory without creating loads each time, and then create a load after all the vins have been created.  Please see How To Create a Load?
