There is a switch at the carrier level, when enabled ALL drivers associated with that carrier will be able to the Rate Sheet for that load under the documents for that load on their mobile device.
Find and open the carrier profile, and enable the "Driver mobile rate sheet" switch:
The drivers **MAY** have to restart the app to find the rate sheet.
