From your phone or tablet, you will log into your TMS website (<name>.vehichaul.com) from a browser. From an Tablet or rotated hone, the screen will look identical to your computer screen. Vehichaul is also phone compatible if you do not rotate, and will just look slightly different.
From the left menu, under Dispatch, click on Additions.
From the additions screen, you will select the Customer, Origin and Destination and include the vehicles you need to add. You can leave them blank to scan them on site. Clicking on the orange ADD VEHICLE button will add more vehicles to the load. Once you have all the vehicles you are ready to add, click on the ADD OR CREATE LOAD toggle (it should turn blue) to create a load when you hit save.
After you hit Save, it will take you directly into the load details page. Clicking on the assign carrier button on the upper left will take you directly to the screen to assign the load to the carrier/driver. Both Carrier and Driver fields offer predictive typing to select.
Once you've selected one or both, click on the Assign Carrier button. This will either send an email to the carrier that they've been assigned a load (if the driver has not been selected) or send the driver the load to their mobile app.
The driver can now use the app to inspect and sign for the vehicles.
