How do I find the status of my VIN?

As a dealership or destination you can find VIN status using our VIN search portal.

  • Click the VIN search button on the login page

  • You will need at least the last 8 digits of the VIN, or the full VIN

  • You will also need the destination code for the VIN, it will usually be your dealer code

  • If the information you entered is valid and found it will display the VIN details, pickup and delivery dates, any damages recorded, and a link to a PDF of the BOL

  • You can also submit damages claims for the vehicles
