There are times when you are contacted regarding automated emails not being received by dealers, contacts or even in house employees. Most of the time, it's due to the fact the automated emails we send from @vehichaul.com are being sent to spam and not marked safe by the people receiving them.
A few steps will rectify this problem:
The first step is to make sure the contact has the from email address as a contact in their address book.
They will also need to check with their IT department or the person who manages their email to make sure that the email address is whitelisted.
Once those steps have been verified, you can clear emails from the Bounce List (a list of emails that have been added to the Do Not Send list) and re-send to the email.
Under Company, click on emails to go to the emails that are being sent out through VH.
Search for the email address that is not receiving email, and click Search.
Click on the gear next to the email address and click the orange Clean button. This will remove the email address from the bounce list, and allow the system to send emails to it again.
You can verify this has worked correctly by sending yourself an email from the system and verify it has now been received.
If you don't see it coming into your inbox after re-sending, make sure to check your spam folder, and mark the email as NOT SPAM. If you continue leaving it in the Spam/Junk folder, it will most likely be re-added to the bounce list, and these steps will all have to be completed again.
