Delay Reasons
Add these values to the (Vehicle / Trip Code) field for VH to use them in the EDI response.
Code | Description |
NEU | Not enough units to build a load |
AWD | Unit released after wholesale date (rail delay) |
CPC | Capacity (driver shortage) |
PFR | Performance (truck mechanical failure) |
EFI | EDI file issue (unit delivered but missing data from port/rail) |
HIT | Hold – ITR |
HFM | Hold – Force Majeure |
HCT | Hold – Customer |
Follow up Actions
Enter the following values in to the (Vehicle / Status) field and VH will calculate the appropriate date.
If there is no valid entry in the status field VH will default to D48 (and NEU for the Reason Code).
