Can I Delete a Driver?

Steps to Deactivating Drivers In Your TMS System.

While we don't allow drivers to be deleted (to help retain historical data), drivers can be deactivated so that they do not show up in reports or selectable for loads.

To Deactivate a driver, follow the following quick and easy steps:

Click on the Company Menu, then click on Drivers:

From the Drivers Page, search for the name of the driver you'd like to deactivate, and click on their name to pull up their driver profile:

Click the Edit button to edit the driver, and scroll to the bottom to add a deactivation date. **Please note, once there is any date in the field (regardless of what it is), it will deactivate the driver. Date is added for informational purposes only, not to deactivate at a time in the future.

Click Update Driver to save changes. The driver will now no longer be available to assign loads to.
