Vehichaul offers you the ability to create, manage and deactivate users. In order to use this feature, an admin role has to be assigned. Please contact support to have the specific admin(s) set up.
Once an admin has been created on your account, you can then do all the managing of your employees from the user screen.
To add a new user:
Click on the blue New User button.
From the new user screen, enter the user's email address and name. The Username will auto populate, and they will set their own password. Click Update User, and the user will be created.
You will be returned to the user profile, where you will select the group you want them a part of.
Add Dispatch will give them the ability to create vehicles, assign loads, etc.
Add Finance will give them the ability to create invoices, settlements, etc.
Add All will give them both Dispatch and Finance abilities.
Once you've assigned their group by clicking on the appropriate button, you will then click the red SEND PASSWORD RESET button at the top. This will send them an email to create a password of their own.
Users can also be disabled by clicking on the user, and then clicking the red "II Pause" button. This will revoke their status immediately by changing their username and password and removing all their roles.
Users can be re-enabled by clicking on the Enable button and then setting the group again. They will need to have a password reset sent as well.
