Using the global search bar in the upper right corner, search for the deleted load number. Initially, the load won't show up, but you will see a deleted flag next to the search bar. Toggle that on, and search again. The deleted load will appear in red.
Click on the deleted load, and then click on the restore button at the top of the screen to restore it. The vins will now need to be added back to the load. They are listed in the comment section of the load.
The easiest way to do it is to open the link next to each vin, and then click the add to load button, and add it back to the correct load.
Clicking the Add to Load button will take you to the inventory search screen with the vin selected. Click the check box next to the vin, and then click in the load number drop down to either type in or select the load number you would like the vin added to. Click the orange Add or Create Load button to add it.
Your vins will then be added back to the load and you are good to update the load as need be. You will need to re-enter any pickup or delivery info if the load had already been picked up/delivered.
