Vehichaul offers you the ability to create, manage and deactivate users. In order to use this feature, an admin role has to be assigned. Please contact support to have the specific admin(s) set up.
Once an admin has been created on your account, you can then do all the managing of your employees from the user screen.
Users can be disabled by clicking on the user, and then clicking the red "II Pause" button. This will revoke their status immediately by changing their username and password and removing all their roles.
Users can be re-enabled by clicking on the Enable button and then setting the group again. They will need to have a password reset sent as well.
